PLEASE HELP me figure out In between the Anusara and Iyengar, which yoga is best if I really need to de-stress?

if my reasons to do Yoga are to de-stress, stretch and keep in shape.

Or is there another type of Yoga that would be more beneficial to me?

I’m a pretty active and flexible person (not as flexible as I’d want but it’ll get there) and I want to do an exercise.
I also happen to be very stressed right now, mainly du to finances, so it can’t easily be forgotten, I need to find way to control my stress, as it is stepping in my life BIG TIME now, I enter my home and I start thinking of it and I get upset, I tend to take a lot of aggression out on my close ones, and I don’t want this stupid stress to keep governing my life. I also eat less when I am stressed because it cuts my appetite, and I don’t think I eat enough now anymore. My stress also tends to worsen as I then start thinking of every other thing that could stress me, and it becomes like a big ball… It’s also hard for me to talk about it (easier here as ppl don’t know me physically) because I feel that way I am letting others on to how to ruin me, since they know my weaknesses. I also don’t like to be called weak and I guess I must feel that by answering that everything is fine and dandy to others I avoid the embarassement that in fact No, my life is not as pink as I’d like it to be… I don’t know why but I have this thing where outside people should see me as if my life is all under control…although it’s not…

At 24 y.o now, I underwent alot of stress these last 5 years as my physical health was in jeopardy for a yr, and when it got better, my parents separated and my dad realised how sick he was…too late…I had to deal with all the inheritance stuff and lived alone for abit as my mom had enough to handle on her own… I noticed that this is the period of time my hunger drastically changed, from easily eating 2 to 3 full plates to now finding it hard to finish one regular plate…
Really, the main reason for me to do Yoga is to de stress and if any of you knows a type that is good for that even if it doesn’t really give me work out, I would simply rather it did.
