I have bilateral varicocele level1,since 2 months i have problems in erections, very weak erections, I started pranayama(kapalabhati) to avoid erection related problems. But I observed that my varicocele veins started geting thicker, i consultd doctor again, he said stop breathing exrcises because it pumps more blood on testis area which may worsen varicocele issue. But I cant believe after seeing these many responses, what is your suggestion? should kapalabhati b avoided for my case?

We are a couple trying to get a baby for last 6 yrs.. We had two ivf treatments behind us, no luck. We have just started doing Pranayam and also taking the Ayurvedic medicines mentioned. I did not have any period for the last six months. It was never like that and I am not pregnant. What can I do?
