I just began doing kundalini yoga about 2 weeks ago and ever since, I seem to be on an emotional roller coaster. It’s like I’m pmsing, but I’m not. Is it a normal side effect of beginning a practice of kundalini yoga for so many emotions to arise for no particular reason? Is it like I’m cleansing myself of all the negative emotions that have been plaguing me for a while now? And if so, any suggestions on how to cope?
