A form of flow, a flow of forms, Vinyasa Yoga is a plural practice; existing in the space between traditions, & in their interaction. www.phillipaskew.com Music by ISAN

I am going on vacation and would like to take a yoga DVD along for a quick practice to start my day each day while vacationing.
I prefer vinyasa, but am open to others. Can anyone recommend a really great DVD or particular instructor that could be my “must have” travel item so I can continue practice while travelling?
Thank you in advance!

I think I am leaning towards a Vinyasa yoga DVD.
Idk – I want one that makes me feel good like one that gets my heart rate up and I feel really good. Like it’s almost like a work out you know.
I just don’t know which DVD to get because their are so many!
I want to try asthanga too.
Is there a YOGA DVD that has a variety of different sequences? I am intermediate to advanced. I have been doing Yoga for awhile.

At my college’s rec center there are a variety of Yoga classes, but I don’t know anything about them or which would be best for increasing flexibility. The classes they have are: Yoga Basics, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga I, PiYo, Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, and a few different Pilates classes… and I have no idea what any of those are lol!
I lift weights and exercise regularly but I am terrible when it comes to stretching so I think I should get into one of these classes, what do you think?

Ive been playing with the idea of having a Yoga party lately. I do Hatha Vinyasa yoga and there are a lot of people in my family that have been interested in trying it.
I found a cute invitation idea, sending fake Yoga mats with the information in them
but I haven’t found any good food recipes.
You cant eat 2 hours before doing Yoga, so these people will be hungry. But I dont want it to be a very heavy meal, Id like it to be light and healthy.
Im not a big salad person, and I thought Indian food would be a good idea, but Im not even sure if Id like that (I hate Yogurt and Ginger which is pretty much the staples of their food haha). I was reading in a magazine, making sun tea (green or chai) for a Yoga party and thought that sounded great, but those are drinks not food.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything that would be good for a Yoga party?
I know Anna Yoga is a type of Yoga that have a specific diet and that would be cool, but I dont know what their diet is lol
Id like an appetizer, a main dish and a desert.
