I’m trying to find a good health & exercise site. Also a flexibility site like yoga but maybe simpler but still that will make my spine flexible
And by saying “good” I mean a site with good exercise programs and maybe even pictures and advices. Also some sites with healthy food planning tables.
Oh and don’t be afraid to give me some of your own tips too!
For now I only do this:
30 Press ups a day.
30 Push ups a day.
and 50 other push ups, when you push with your both arms against a small chair. UP and DOWN
I also eat quite a lot of carrots, spinach and apples. I also make my own 100% juice drink from apples, carrots, oranges and that other fruit (forgot name T_T)
Also where you don’t have to register. -_-
I began to horse ride and the club I attend have a little way of somehow putting me on their tallest horses. I am about 5’1/’2 ish and their tallest horses are around 16-18hh so I need a crate or a leg-up. However, I still have a leader, as I have only been for one month, but at home I practice rise and trot on a chair to strengthen my leg muscles and work on using my knee as a pivot. I also worked out for about 1 year about 2-3 times a week so my legs are quite muscly for a girl, and I can hold in the squat position for a while so they’re strong enough. I’m just not flexible enough SO is there anything I can use as an aid to help me mount a horse? I know it’s not the same thing at all, but I thought possibly my banister, and I want to take up yoga so I am more flexible?
I probably phrased the knee pivot thing wrong…I read something similar online, I guess I’m still learning though but still want to take up yoga
Last summer i started to have really bad back pain, on my lower back. I think it was how I sat on my computer chair, kinda hunched over. Well it got so bad that after sitting through my 3 hour summer classes, it was hard for me to walk when class was over – it was like my lower back froze and had to warm up again. I started seeing a chiropractor and he cracked it lots of times etc, but I didn’t think it was working. My back pain went away when swimming in pools and the ocean during the summer. Recently the pain has come back. I am a 19 year old male who is healthy and am active at the gym, but not strenuous workouts. I took a yoga class today and realized that my lower back never bent because my hamstrings were so tight. I’ve been stretching a lot today and it feels good – does anyone have an idea of what I should do and if stretching would help my lower back pain?
