Cool stuff.
I just bought the Wii Fit this weekend. I thought it would be fun for the whole family to use. I was on it last night for 30 mins. It was very fun and a great alternative to my usual treadmill workout. If you own a wii fit, what are your thoughts? Do you like it? Has anyone used it, set a goal and met that goal? I put a goal to lose 10lbs in 2 months. I don’t really need to lose weight but I’m hoping to tone up using the strength and yoga training.
My earliest memories are those of martial arts classes.
i have balance, great blood pressure, flexability, core strength, and i meditate on my own time.
so i was wondering,
is there anything yoga can really offer me i have not already recived from my training.
