I was so sceptical about this working for me, but I am so happy with these yoga routines. Thank you for your generosity, Tara.

is this from your DVD? Or are al your videos separate

Hi Tara, i love ur videos, im so happy i found them! I just need a little help because i’m confused… i also follow bodyrock.tv zuzana’s workouts. I learned that you have to push really hard in your workouts to burn body fat and build muscles. Intensity is what matters and not so the length. So how yoga can help as soon as it is like a stretching and relaxing routine? I hope that you understood my point:)
    Thank you!!!
    with love from greece!

Tara, I’m a new yoga student and you’re my teacher! :) I’ve been using your videos on youtube and the iyoga site as reference. My biggest issue is breathing, I’m always worried that I’m doing it wrong and I don’t know which type of breathing technique to use with which practice. Can you please give me soe guidance?? Thanks Teach!! ; ) Have a fantastic and blessed day!!

@LaurenAlexandra711 I hear ya. . prob a good idea to do this when you wake up. . maybe after a shower of whatever your normal routine. . and probably before breakfast. you don’t want to eat too close to when you’re doing yoga. . all that twisting and turning is best on an empty stomach.

  • LaurenAlexandra711 posted: 24 Jan at 1:10 pm

when would you typically do a morning wake up routine? is it you roll out of bed and where you land is where you do your yoga? or do you get up go to the bathroom, maybe eat breakfast then do it? i just can’t get into routine unless i know i’m doing it properly, or doing it the way it actually works for someone…if that makes any sense lol

@coolcardboard thanks! a friend sent it to me. . it’s not as crazy as the itunes stuff. . so I’ll stick with it so you guys don’t pull your hair out! thanks! :) Tara

Tara- if you’d be okay with it, I’d be really interested to hear your thoughts on yoga products, pants, mats, the whole 9. :) Although, I do understand why that would be weird for you to do…but maybe a video on tips on how to prevent mat slippage– and the like that may inform your product choices. also–hearing your thoughts on “eat pray love” vs. your message of bringing yoga to everyone? Is something like Eat Pray Love a good or bad relative to your intention? Yoga commercialization?

I’ve been doing the Five Tibetan Rites for a few months now and it’s been really helping me counter the heavy weight lifting I do.
I was wondering if there’s a couple of other exercises that take just as little time but are crucial for developing energy and flexibility and would also relieve some of bodily damage done during the weight training.
    Thanks for the vids, Tara!
