The Warrior Pose: (Breathe slowly and hold for 1 minute on each foot)

Sun Salutation: (Quite a long one) http://www.yogasite.com/sunsalute.htm
Half-Moon: (Hold for 30 seconds each side) http://www.yogaleah.com/Images/halfmoon150.jpg
Triangle: (My favourite pose!..You need to follow the directions carefully though) http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=UVE5zW4RsK8
Tree: (Really stretch as high as you can, and balance) http://www.portlandrockgym.com/gfx/4.6_yoga_lrg.jpg
I do yoga every morning for 20 minutes, and i read somewhere that it can make you feel like doing exercise later!
~ And you may want to search the internet for the chair pose and palm tree.
Good luck, enjoy.
