That looked a lot more like stretching than warming up. Those are certainly good stretches but I tend to do them after warm up exercises like: shoulder rotations, neck rotations, waist rotations, arm swings, leg swings, toe touches, squats or lunges. Things that actually warm up my muscles and joints.
